We used to make tacos using my Comal (stainless steel) and it's really good at comingling the flavors, except that you miss out on the most important flavor, and that's the BBQ flavor you get by cooking directly on the grill. I prefer the BBQ flavor vs the comingled flavor. I do have a plow disc (cast iron) but the roof in my man cave leaked this past winter and it's pretty rusty. One of these days I'll take the wire wheel to it, but this year has been busy doing the shower, kitchen & the recently burned down fence

Looks Great Chuck. Sorry about the Giants this year but my Jay's are not doing amazing either. only 3.5 GB for WC but still, never have lost the faith.
This makes me want to run my Smokey Joe this weekend for some steaks my dad is picking up for the cottage.
