My island is an experiment.

The genesis sidewinder is a great rotisserie, and the NS E330 is a great hot and fast cooker, and I use the side burner on the E 330 to light coal.

Over 10 years old and this hasn't been an issue.

I've read moving it with the lid up is inviting disaster.

I could keep them all, but I don't think it makes sense. It isn't just the space, grills tend to erode if not used.

Keep track of all your cooks for a month, and what you cooked them on. If that doesn't make it obvious, look at each cook and see if you think you could have just as successfully done it on any of your other cookers. If that doesn't work, then delete this post, and just keep 'em all (and maybe get a couple more!)
