Started with a Negroni made with Tequila!

Marinated for six hours in Dijon, lemonade, white whine, garlic and bourbon.
Rubbed with Santa Maria and added some peach and apple for smoke.
Forecast-
Cold, with snow ❄️ flurries, and great tunes.

Looks really good Rich. Haven't done a pork roast in a long time and they are almost giving them away here.
Hmmmm gotta fix that. Like Barb said we like asparagus, good stuff.

I love pork roast and yours is looking nice.

Pork roast is a square deal meal if there ever was one.
Some one here turn me on to pork roast near a year ago and I now always keep one in the freezer.
It’s one of those meals that you just can’t go wrong with.
Price wise it’s a deal.
It is an easy cook.
it is hard to make it look bad and it tastes great.

Nice Cook! Pork meat has recently taken over as the most popular meat to buy over chicken and beef by most Costa Ricans. Beef is almost double the price of Pork which is the major reason as to the rise in pork popularity.
