Sunday beef fix

I had a beef craving so Sunday I took care of it!! Started with a few decent rib eyes hit with some Penzys and came up to room temp...tried a new for me brewsky too


Steaks on....cold rainer at the ready,

Side two getting some action!!


After a good seat session the meat sat indirect for a spell with some compound butter working it's way in!


Platter of rib eyes off and resting!!


And all plated up...little green salad, home made potatoes Au Gratin and a little vino!!

That's it folks...good stuff...hope all your Sunday dinners were just as tasty!! Have a great week!

But. The grill marks on that steak, (on the right in the 4th pic), are not symmetrical. I'm afraid I'm going to have to deduct points on that.
