Well, spring is upon us up here. Supposed to be 90 by Wednesday. I have to get busy on my annual weed and brush clearing so my grilling and bbqing will have to go on the back burner for a couple of months. A while back my son gave me a Stuffed Burger Press. Decided to try it out for a quick burger cook.
Decided on mushrooms, onion and blue cheese for my stuffing.

Ready to seal up.



Fired up half chimney.
