Shore is, cured belly, then hickory/apple smoked bacon

Love it all Jim. It all looks delicious. I guess what jumped out at me most is that lovely color on that pork belly and those chicken halves just screamed at me. The plate is lovely and ....... see, it all looks fantastic.
