Sticky Grilled Chicken

Very warm day in Montana today. It was uncomfortable to work in. I felt the beginning of a whine and then images like this crept into my head and I realized it was a perfect day!

So Kim sends me a text and says the kids want barbecued chicken. This is a recipe I've made a million times so I know exactly what she means. Here is the chicken getting happy with seasoning.

Here is Kim making a vegetable salad we kind of made up but I'm sure everyone does it.

Chicken on the grill

Four minute flip

Everyone to the cool side for some indirect

After 25 minutes applying the Sweet Baby Rays

Back to the hot side. At this point one must put down one's beer and be vigilant so as not to scortch the sauce on.

Off the grill to rest

And you can't serve a meal like this with cold bread. Six minutes a side.

Cliff, I don't know how you deal with 108 man. 95 here was plenty hot. As for the glass I have been a huge Beatles fan my whole life and next week we are going to Paul McCartney's concert in Missoula. I am so stoked!
