Some NY strips on the WSK last night, had a friend over to watch the NCAA Tournament. He’s a big UConn fan so great night for him !!

Didn’t get a plated pic, but had them with grilled asparagus and some Asian soy noodles

Had some leftovers, so fired up the Blackstone the next day to make tacos, with some Asiago that I smoked. Yum !!

My buddy is a UConn fan, we are a Xavier house. But we figured we would root for the Big East, but wow, that game was a clinic by the Huskies.

Yeah, they've been really impressive - I think I read their average score at half time so far in the tourney has been 40-23? Even so, at the end of the day they are still just college kids, and anything can happen - It's why the tournament is so fun every year!
