Long time no see.

Here is a few recent cooks.

Fryed rice balls, With a burger topped with goat cheese/sriracha

Porkloin/double baked potatoes and a ham (juniper smoke)

Your cooking is at a level I can't even see, let alone attain. Gorgeous photo's Daniel and Emilie. I immediately fell in love with that burger topped with goat cheese. Then I saw that monster steak. Love how you scored the ham too. Great job!

Thanks ppl! The chuck could be more medium but it was decent.

Seth: Only bluecheese and basil ontop in this case. You can add 2 cheeses aswell. 50/50 combo
