First try.
Next time lover temp and more sweetness.
The 2 on the right are just brined, the third not brined only fish spices, the last brined and maple syrup.

Had a problem with the wind to get it below 275, was in for about 1hour and to 150 internal.

Nex time I add brown sugar and keep it lower and more smoke to

No, not Photobucket, gave up that, its Google Photos.
And it is strange though cause I tested with Internet Explorer (=not logged in to Google) and it shows)

I saw the photos yesterday and that salmon looked great. I guess you have plenty of it over there.

My iPhone and a Mac using Safari, I don't see any pictures at all, but love smoked Salmon.
