skeddy and meatballs

When you baby sit the 4 yr old grand baby, you have to make what she likes to eat for supper. So...skeddy and meatballs:

Grilled a few tomatoes and onions for the sauce

and some meatballs (pork and beef, parm, bread crumbs, onions, garlic, egg, salt & pepper)

pureed the tomatoes and onions and made a ragu

plated with some noodles, a little parm, and garlic bread. Cheers!
