I’m doing a hickory barbecued chicken thighs along with corn on the bone and potato rounds on the Performer. Rub for the chicken is paprika, kosher salt, granulated garlic and black pepper. The sauce is ketchup, cider vinegar, light brown sugar, hot pepper sauce which I’ll use in basting the chicken the last 20 minutes of cooking.
Corn I used some EVOO, butter and Mrs. Dash salt free chicken seasoning.
Potatoes sliced and rubbed with EVOO and seasoned with Weber Roasted Garlic & Herb.
Dinner plated with a nice wine to complete the evening.
