Simple Burgers for Dinner

Since Rich and I are starting to work on our HO train layout and time got away from us, I said its burgers for dinner.
Started with ground meat added some Weber’s Smokey Mesquite Seasoning. Used bagel type rolls and pepper jack cheese.

Next up onions and mushrooms getting happy then on to cooking homemade bacon.

Burgers just about done and ready for the cheese. Then added the onions, mushrooms, bacon, tomatoes and lettuces.

Plated with fries and was simple and delicious.
