She's cooking again for me....

Sunday I relaxed all day. Maribel wanted some ribs and got everything ready.

WSM ready with little pieces of peach.

Mixed up the cowboy rub and bacon molasses seasoning for the ribs.

They are done. Smoked at 235-245 took about 4 hours.

Garlic bread

Our neighbors stopped by and we had a great dinner. They loved the food. Unfortunately we forgot the plated pics. But it was bbq beans and potato salad.

We had some old school music playing. Something to slow dance.

Here's the link to this song if interested.

Thanks for stopping by.

Que Bonito! Nice cook Maribel! Ribs looking good guys! I ate a lot of sample ribs Saturday so I just did Costco frozen burgers on Sunday.Good nite!

Always a pleasure to see your beautiful bride! You two cook like there's no tomorrow, another great cook! As soon as I get my comal, I'm gonna do a Tony inspired cook on it. Inclusive of some real old school music you might like

Great looking ribs Maribel! Tony it looks like you have the same situation as I do. Ever since Barb got involved with the forum she now controls the gasser and is gradually prying the performer out of my grasp and next will be the mini I'm sure. Oh well maybe I'll get to cook a burger now and then, such is life;)

I can't tell if that's complaining or not, Rich ;)
Maribel - someone's been paying attention in class! Beautiful ribs.

Tony, Maribel is becoming the rib master. But if you two ever want to have a rib contest, I will gladly drive down and be the judge.

I think it may be time for Maribel to have her own account. ;) She's outdoing most of us.
