You are a wise man!! I overcooked them worried about the sausage. It was fun but I don’t think I would do them again.Looks good.
What temp did you cook them too? Just curious as ground pork needs to go to 165° according to the food safety guidelines. I typically want my chops at the 145° mark. Leads one to think that the chop may get overdone, maybe the sausage helps keep it moist?
