Sausage stuffed, bacon wrapped chicken thighs

Used some breakfast sausage rounds and smoked with apple wood chunks. Ate a whack of them with chopped jalepenos and fresh cheese curds. Will be doing this again!

I don't think distance is a problem. Looks like one of those chicken bombs could be tossed pretty far.
