These were my second and third cooks since adding a DigiQ DX2 to my 22" WSM. Helps keep the cooker dead on temp for long cooks. I have noticed that it reads about 10 degrees lower from my Maverick 732.

My baby -

Saturday - two 7 pound butts.

Saturday - after two hours of smoke.

Saturday - after four hours of smoke.

Sunday - cooking four 9 butts for catering job.

Those butts look awesome! Complimenti!
I ask you please some details about BBQ GURU DIGI Q DX2. How do you feel w/it and how do you set briquettes in the ring. Do you use to put the lit briqs in the center can or ......?

Nice job Kevin. I make it a point to once a year to check my Thermapen, Weber bullet , and the Guru Digi Q for accuracy.(hot & ice water checks). The pen and the guru are spot on. The weber is off by 5°. Thanks for sharing your pics. Kevin.

Great looking bark on those butts....nicely done. I also like your setup and view that you have there.
