You beat me to it, I have a tri tip in the freezer and a SMG on the patio screaming to be fired up.
 
Killer TT s'wiches right there. Must have been a great meal.

Have been thinking about making a Santa Maria grill.
Just not sure how much I'd use it.
 
Jim, that looks like great TT. Wish Costco in my area would sell them again. That is the one grill I want to add to the arsenal. Pics as always are great and would love for you to express mail me a plate.
 
I want one, but alas the finance minister says no. Sigh. Anyways you did that up perfectly Jim, great cook.
