so i took it off to rest....

Great steak Jim, seeing more and more of those monsters on here. Guess I'll have to try one, although Barb and I would eat off of that for a week.
Got the same problem here getting dark earlier than I like to cook in, before you know it the snow will be flyin:(
 
That looks great Jim! I was in our North Seattle Sam's club on Monday and saw the same steaks, only here they were twice the price at almost 15 bucks a lb!

No matter the price it looks wonderful. Saw some of those at Costco last week also. Bet it tasted great. What was the USDA grade on that, didn't see it on the label. Could that have been the reason for the price difference?
