So I thought I would try to make a different recipe for one of my favorites Pork Loin

Fresh Sage from the garden, eight cloves of garlic diced, a good EVOO, fresh ground and Kosher

Crushed into a rich paste

Two small tenderloins, trimmed, and the paste laid on what will be the center

Trying a diff combo tonight looking for small onion pieces instead of large fry like pieces, Hot Paprika, Adobo Powder, brown sugar, and a nice pat of butter

Everything on the OTG

Done and resting

Emilies favorite wine right there. Absolutely fantastic Pork Bill. 10/10 Will use that paste in my near future aswell...

That looks awesome! Hard to go wrong with fresh herbs and garlic. I've done something similar with a pork loin on the rotisserie, and it was fantastic.
