Living the High Life my friend, love the PV, and the shé~cone thighs looks yumskidilyoshous.

Your dinner look amazing Jim...you always nail it, looks very flavorful and colorful. A feast for the pallet and the eyes. Too many more upgrades to the pig pavilion and we might start calling it the pig cathedral. Enjoy your Sunday sir.

Jim now that's my kind of meal dude!! Love the lights in the pig kitchen!! I gotta look for that rosemary sauce!
Great looking she one meal Jim!

Jim-
Would you please let me know if your neighbor ever puts his house up for sale? I want to be that guy that gets to peek over the fence with puppy dog eyes so that you can feed me some of them delicious lookin' vittles!

Wow that light is bright, you planning on working on your tan too while your out there? Those sauced thighs look like they would hit the spot, well done as usual Jim!!

Jim, as always, everything looks great!

Question: Do you cook the potatoes in a dry CI? That browning looks perfect! Definitely need to try that, but not sure if that's oil in the CI or not.

Thanks for sharing another delicious one.
