I’ve been using my Weber kettle gasser for chicken and turkey and have been totally amazed at how perfect they come out, crispy skin and very moist meat.
I decided to try a beef roast I had lurking in the freezer. SPOG was the seasoning.
Placed it on the kettle gasser and set the temp too high for 20 minutes, then too low for another 40 minutes.
It only has two temperature settings, high which simulates t a charcoal grill during its first hour and low simulates the temperature as the coals start to burn down.
Made some smashed potatoes and Barb cooked up some asparagus.
Pulled the roast at 125, the roast came out great, moist and tender. It’s really a shame that Weber doesn’t sell their kettle gasser conversion kit here in the USA.
Have a great weekend.
