Lately we've been on a bit of a wing bender. Asian style, Moroccan, Buffalo, Mexican. Tonight we tried the much loved "Roadside Chicken" on wings. I bought a basket for the rotis a while ago that I love and did them on the kettle at 400-425 for 45 minutes, basted every 5 minutes or so with the roadside sauce. They turned out great! Served with homemade slaw and tater tots. We tried a lot of dippings and found that Stubbs spicy BBQ sauce and Heinze 57 worked best, but to each his own 
One change would be to put them over direct heat for a few minutes to crisp up the skin a little more. But other than that a major hit.
