Our Smoke Day was last Monday - It went something like this:

Started out with some beans. We had done some bellies a week or so ago, so we had some really nice outer scraps - Being the outer pieces, they were the most smokey. Left is the veggies and bacon, right is after about 5 hours.
Next some wings - They were a variation of the classic marmalade / sriracha sauce wings. I'm not a huge marmalade fan, so we did peach preserves and Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce -
got some baby backs ready.
