I picked up some nice ribeyes from the butcher. I seasoned them with kosher salt.
Then hit them with some Meat Church Holy Cow.
Got my kettle fired up.
I'm really upping my side game this time!

Plated with a baked potato and those fresh homemade green beens
I got a nice cook on them.
