Ribeye roast on the mini

First time cooking a ribeye roast on the grill. It was a 3 rib roast but it was a lot of meat so cut off one rib. Salt, pepper, & garlic powder. On the mini at 305 degrees until 135 internal temp. Turned out real good.

I forgot the green beans until halfway through my meal.

I hope you don't mind me taking this too off topic but this is what I think of when I see beef ribs - a steak with a handle:

The first few times I tried beef ribs they were tough and greasy (before this site no doubt). I must've had them close to done, overcooked (outsides), and ????????????? been good since then, even "undercooked".
