Rib-eye wrapped asparagus.

M'lady bought some big Gus and sandwich sliced Rib-eye. She blanched the gus then marinated it with balsamic vin with spices.
Steaks were marinated with the same plus some Weber steak seasoning.

Plated with mashed and caramelized shrooms.

I grabbed the crispy burnt ones.
