Evening folks...decided to cook up some beef for dinner so here goes!! Setting the mood for tonight's rainy nite cook!!

Fired up a grill and drank sum suds and watched the dogs entertain themselves again!!

Two smallish rib eyes seasoned with a S&P and garlic rub I put together for a brisket cook!

Started with some baby portabella's!

Added some meat!!

Other side!

And plated with some brown rice and salad!!

Yum..one of my best steaks..simple melt in your mouth beef!!
Ok time to chill!

Great looking cook!, great looking kettles! The cast iron pan you were cooking the mushrooms in, where did you get those? I've been watching Chopped Grill Masters all day on Food Network today and I saw those same pans.Are they Weber?
