Reubens and Sausage Kale Soup

Picked up a Corned beef point and cooked it indirect until probe tender


We had some brats leftover from last nights dinner so what wasn't eaten for lunch got thrown in a pot to make sausage kale soup


Let the corned beef rest for about an hour and a half then ran it through the slicer


Then broke out the panini press and made reubens

Nice cook John, soup looks great and really like the idea of the corned beef through the sliceer to make that Reuben.
 
Everything looks real tasty John. Corned beef is one of my favorites.

Last time I posted a cook with kale on the plate, I got a little blow-back. It probably didn't help that there was also quinoa on the plate.:)
