Redneck Luau

My Grand Daughter and Son's birthday was this past week so we put together a little Redneck Luau for her to celebrate. True to form, it rained like a cow ****in on a flat rock! LOL

It all started yesterday with a brine for two small butts





fast forward to this AM



rubbed simply with SPOG + Brown Sugar



we setup the water slide and a few chairs for the viewers perspective





a few redneck appetizers







Some Dutch's Wicked Baked Bean below the butts a few hours into the cook
