No action shots its too darn dark out there. :(

Flank steak. Marinade was 1/2 cup of balsamic, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, fresh chopped thyme and black pepper. I only had about 90 minutes to marinade, but all day would be good. Reserve 1/4-1/3 of a cup for dressing the salad.



Salad was made up of mixed baby greens, tomato, cuke, edamame, and red pepper. Just slice up the steak and throw it on top.

That is one perfectly gorgeous plated picture! You nailed not only the cook but the photography as well! The photos make the food look so delicious :).
 
Not sure what looks better, the actual food or the exceptional photography. I'm betting the food was as good as the photography myself.
