Made A LOT of Pepper Stout Beef a few days ago and am working with the leftovers.
Was in the mood for a breakfast burrito, fired up the Performer, got out the fixin's & made breakfast.

I should have let the coals go a bit longer as the griddle was a bit hot, but I was hungry and didn't want to wait. Mas fino!

Looking good! Give me one with a little salsa on top and some hash browns on the side.

Looks super Robert, but:

Ha Ha... if I hadn't added a couple of extra jalapenos when I made the PSB.....
Oh, well. There's lots left. I'm thinking PSB enchiladas with lots of cheese & sour cream.
& by then she'll be hungry & can't say no.

My wife won't eat anything with peppers, mild/hot no matter, or anything beer related, so I haven't even made PSB.
Someday I will, just for me.

Fantastic breakfast burrito! I Like that grill too. Who makes that? Now you got me looking at my comal thinking breakfast burritos for this weekend...

Robert, that is an awesome idea for lo PSB. Will have to do that when Rich makes some more. Always looking for ways to use the left overs.

Bob, you don't know what you have miss PSB is awesome and the left overs are even better. You can always go mild on the peppers, but she should try it.
Hope you do make it some day real soon.:D
