Prime Rib

I know I'm late but I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas with their families. I decided to do a rotisserie prime rib on the Weber Kettle for dinner. Fun with the family led to the lack of pictures. This is the only way I will ever make this again. I plan to be much more active again on here in 2016 and see all the awesome stuff you make.
