Pork Steaks with Cilantro lime corn

Last night's dinner was another fun cook. Grilled a couple of marinated pork steaks (the marinate was store bought), cilantro lime corn, and garlic asaragus, all done on the performer. The wife also baked some sweet potatoes to go with it all. Turned out to be a full plate of food!

Fresh on the grill:

Cooked everything indirect with Oak for smoke. I then reverse seared the pork at the end to finish.

Thanks for looking!

Beautiful looking meal !

One of our local grocers gets bi-color corn from CO at the end of summer.
Excellent, sweet corn....maybe you've tried it ?

In the Northeast it is called Butter and Sugar corn.
Unbeknownst to many, small farms in New England produce some of the best table corn in the US.
Most often when you buy it at a roadside stand it was picked THAT MORNING.
Those Yankees take their corn seriously.
