This was one of those up and down posts. I think the downs outweighed the ups and I considered not posting it. The downs were mainly attributed to burning the first pizza. Not the bottom but the outer edges of the pizza. Got carried away in the kitchen building pizza numbers two and three and should have been out watching the one in the kettle. Oh well. Then, if that wasn't enough, I forgot to put the Mozzarella Cheese on with the pizza sauce on my wife's pizza. Had to put it on last, covering up all the toppings. Didn't really matter eating it, but it makes for a lousy picture. Otherwise, everything went smoothly. Pizza number 3 is a Weber Recipe. Brie, Caramelized Onions and Capers, topped with Baby Arugula. Did some Cinnamon Twists for dessert. Here goes.
Cinnamon Twists first.

Cinnamon and Sugar on the dough.

On the 26er for 12 minutes.

Icing is cream and powdered sugar.

Used the coals left over from the twists to brown some onions for the Arugula Pizza.

The doomed pizza, mine of course, Mushroom, Salami and Olive.

My Wife's, with the Mozz on top. Mushroom, artichoke hearts, onion, red bell pepper and olives. Topped with Goat Cheese after it cooked.

Quick peek, crappy picture.

My wife's pizza came out really well.
