Howdy folks...was in the mood for something yummy so I did up some pepper stout beef...one of my favorite recipes from this site...many thanks to Larry Wolfe..always good stuff!
Got a 2 lb chuck roast dusted with salt and pepper, little apple wood for flavor!


Let the chuck go for a few hours at 350 and it looked like this!

Cut up some veggies and added a guiness and worst sauce to the mix!

Foiled up and simmered for another 3 hours!
After a good long simmer the meat just shredded perfectly!

All was shredded and added another 1/2 beer and put it back on the heat..cut up some rolls and added some shredded cheese and put the whole works back on the grill!

Served up with some home fries and a Jameson on the rocks and some home made pickles !!

Good stuff...love it!
