Pecan Smoked Meatloaf with Tiger Sauce

I was in the mood for meatloaf and wanted to incorporate one of my favorite sauces into it.

Started out with the usual but added some Tiger Sauce to it. I also added some milk and S&P.


I made my usual sauce but added a liberal amount of Tiger Sauce to it. This turned out to be a great idea.


The loaf is ready.


Sauced.


On the Performer with KBB and some pecan chips.


My trusty helper Olaf watching over things.


About 40 minutes in.

All done.


I made some reserve sauce to add to the finished product, man this was some tasty meatloaf. The Tiger Sauce definitely made a difference.

Pat, that is a wonderful looking meatloaf. Barb is the meatloaf master here, so it's something we have here quite often.
 
Thanks everyone. Sorry about skipping the sliced picture, I had a few pieces and wrapped it up to have for lunch at work.
 
Pat that is an awesome looking meatloaf and I'm sure it was mighty tasty. Oalf is doing a great job from the looks of things.
