Started out making Jalapeno stuffed poppers. Cooked indirect on gasser for 35minutes at 350* and now ready to come in.
Everything ready to mix the ingredients for the meat loaf.
After poppers had cooled, place on half of meat then added the rest to seal. Topped off with homemade bacon.
On the performer indirect with Hickory wood for smoke, pulled at 155*. Potatoes were added about 15minutes into the cook. Seasoned with EVOO, S&P.
Based with #5 sauce last 20 minutes. Done and ready to come in.
Cut and getting ready to plate.
Plated along with sides of a baker topped with sour cream, chives and more bacon. Seasoned asparagus with EVOO and T.J's 21 seasoning salute.
