Nobody Using Q Grills?

Why oh why don't more outfits make these style of SS Q grates any more?
Probably because they were not selling well here. I bet there are lots of options in Australia. Americans seem to like rectangular, larger, flashier grills.

Oh, now out of the grill I recognize them. Darn near bought those myself.
Re whole chicken: IDK Bruce, likely because I have other far better options between the 2 pellet grills and the Wolf

With those other options available it seems like a no brainer where to spin a bird

OK, I agree 100%. It just sounded to me like you didn't think it was a good idea under any circumstances.

Still learning the ins and outs of my Q1000 but tried this inexpensive petite sirloin on the Q1000 last night. Seasoned with a little evoo and McCormick Steak Seasoning about an hour in the fridge, another 20 minutes on the counter and cooked internally to 140 (Themapen ONE) and about 10 minute covered rest. Very tasty, a bit tougher than expected, but lots of protein, fat, and juices.

I must say, the flap and similar cuts, I was recently introduced to by one of the butchers at the market, have changed my thinking about red meat. But I usually buy what's on sale that week. The cut was $5 a pound last week where flap and skirt were about $10! Crazy prices. This week, I'm going to grab the food sealing vacuum from Costco and see how that works out so I can break bigger cuts down and save a little money (in time as the food sealer is a C note). I have to live with conventional fridge freezers; no room for a chest freezer so I hope I can get a bit longer storage with single and double cuts in the food sealer.

Yah, I would offer $100. Especially if I had a use for the grill. I am not sure how good of a flip it would be, but I would think you could re-flip it for at least some profit.

If that popped up near me, I would seriously consider replacing my Q200 with that.

I was happy to see that the new Q still fits on the earlier cart. I am not too interested in the new carts that appear to have a lot of painted steel.

If that was near me I would gladly pay thst bargain price. Overall, I think it will be a couple of years before the new Qs start showing up for resale on a more regular basis.

Even at $150, I think that’s a deal. I just bought mine for $240 and I thought I got a good deal.
I love the grill though. That center burner is awesome.
Thank you Pablo!
I don't know anything about this specific model but did a little reading on it and it looks to be a special model with some cool features. What are some of your favorite things about yours?

I currently have 15 gas Webers but nothing this small and never owned a Q series Weber. Closes thing I have is a 2 burner Genesis ii LX 240 which I like a lot. It has high + Sear burners and it looks like this Q has a sear burner so I like that. Looks like it goes up to 700 F°

And I will on the lookout for when they do.
