Thanks for looking.

That's a beauty of a cook, Jeff. After a long physically active day, gotta replenish those sore muscle fibers with some serious protein, and that plate definitely fits the bill!

Jeff;
That's a GREAT lookin' cook! Using the Grill Grates over the Vortex is an excellent idea, too! Now, that is something I will definitely copy...

Thanks for sharing!

Keep on smokin',

Well Jim I'm 57 years old and I'm going to charge as long as i can.

Jeff, that surf and turf cook is incredible. You did outstanding my friend.
Thanks Barb..

Ok Jeff, how was the surf and what break were you at?

Jim i was at my High School haunt 56th street in Newport Beach, there were some bombers to be had,
and Saturday was bigger than Sunday.

The Wedge in Newport Beach the next day , these disoriented tourist/people on a rented watercraft are lucky to be alive.
The Life Guards and The Wedge Crew (Professional bodysurfers that bodysurf the wedge) saved their lives.

We were at the Wedge 2 hours before this video.

PS. Im glad the outcome was good, I hope these people on the watercraft realize how many people put their live at risk to rescue them,
and since the watercraft was a rental i hope they bought the insurance.

Jeff.
