When the question is asked, what size should I get, I always revert back to "It's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it". ...and yes, I've run out of real estate on my 22".

PS. Good lookin bird legs

Cheers!

Man, that's one HECK of a batch of drummies!

Also looks like the fire may have been a bit stifled until they shrunk up a bit, but they turned out great anyway.

If you're addicted to drumsticks, maybe you need a few of those racks I've seen, where the foot-end goes into a slot and they hang Vertically - thick end down. That may let you squeeze a few more in.

Talk about 10 pounds in a 9 pound bag, if you do that a lot you're a sure candidate for a 22. I barley ever need more room than my 14.5 has, except for ribs and my 18.5 handles that with ease.

Chuck, I'd say you had every inch of space taken care of. Maybe you do need a little bigger guy after looking at the pics. It sure does look good.

Impressive cook...and I just picked up a 22.5 WSM on Friday, as I felt like I needed more room too...and I'm already thinking about a 26.5 (but that's more of a want...not a need:))
