My Three Great finds from the Dog Food Section

This is a 4 pound bottom round roast that was $1.74 per pound total $6.88.
Season with SPOG then on to the performer, indirect with red oak wood for some smoke. Pulled at 130* after about 1 ½ hours. While the roast was resting I got my sides going. Did some smashed potatoes in the CIS which will be finished off the sour cream and green onions. Then I did some asparagus in the CIS with EVOO, Weber’s Veggie seasoning and butter. When done will add some parmesan cheese.
All plated and it was a delicious dinner.
The last two pics are my other finds from the dog food section.

Some really nice fines Rich. That dinner looks wonderful, love how you deployed the CI for that cook

Those are mighty fines. The first one looks great - fine plated pix, too. However, I'm sure that flank steak & the brisket will be much finer - only because I like them so much.
