 )  For a group dinner last year, I did make spaghetti w/ marinara sauce, and both carnivore and vegetarian meatballs.  IIRC, I used the Beyond Meat products.  Dressed up for meatballs, surprisingly, they were far less objectionable that I was afraid of.
