Mid week steak fest!

Howdy folks..here's my contribution to national hot dog day...(sorry Chris couldn't do tube steak tonight..)
Sent my wife out for some steak..she picked up some NY strips..not my favorite but I'll cook them up just the same..fired up the performer and poured a sangria and ice..tossed on some strips with just salt and pepper!




After a few minutes...


Added some tiger prawns on...little weber Boston bay, white wine and lemon juice..picked up these fancy disposable weber skewers..love em!


Done and almost done!


Served up with Cesar salad, taters..yum!
