Memorial Day Ribs

yet more ribs! Seems as if everyone around here ate pretty well this weekend - no exception here.

Started out the day by water the garden - Everything is about a month ahead here -

Couple of slabs - rubbed and ready -

We also made some veggie spring rolls - nice balance to the heat of the ribs -

After chopping up the veggies, start spritzing the ribs -

Then back to twist up a few spring rolls -

Our timing is good - these are just about there!

plated - everything came out pretty good!
