For Memorial Day we did short ribs. Spent most of my day watching the BBQ pitmasters marathon and the new pit wars show.

Here we go.

First time I used the snake method. Used pecan and peach

After 3 hours or so they were done. I don't know what temp the weber was cooking or the short ribs were pulled off. I saw them and it was probe tender and that's all I needed.

Plated and ready to eat.

Thanks for looking

Tony and Maribel.

I think I saw this cook on Pitmasters ...but they used Buffalo! LOL

Nice cook my friend. Glad to see you had a good weekend!

Well you guys had another perfect cook! Says a lot when no temps are watched while trying a new method of cooking and an eyeball test is all that’s needed to get perfect ribs...Nice!

VeryNice Tony!!
Excellent colour on the beef and the sausage (Chorizo?) looks Fantastic!

but I cannot BELIEVE you watched television "most of (the) day" on such a fine spring day....
the cord gets pulled here on gorgeous days... it's outside or lights out. :D

To be honest Jim I needed to rest. Was drinking since Friday night and my body was getting tired.
