Picked up a 14 lbs packer for $1.77 per pound!!

Rubbed with W sauce and brisket rub

Wrapped for storage overnight

I completely forgot to take pictures during the actual cook

Post cook, I took a chunk out of the flat already

Sliced flat

Paired with "camp fire potatoes" and Buffalo Bayou Brewing's 1836 Ale
