Well, in honor of our Texas boy Jordan Spieth looking like he is going to bring it home again, I thought I would slow cook some ribs. I tried the 1-2-1 method.

Tried the pour the hot coals on top of the unlit coals method.

After 1 hour.

Foiled them with Sweet Baby Ray's for two hours.

After 1 more hour.

All done.


These came out tasty, now back to some golf.

I was also an hour behind on the DVR when my friend texted me and it says double bogey, your ribs came out great Pat.

I got the news right here from our forum. He is so good and so young that there will be many more opportunities. For a player like him I don't think the paycheck even matters, it's all about the wins. He is a class act and good for the sport. Hats off to Danny Willett.
