Lost Weekend Ribeye Dinner

So the CEO and I have been busting hump trying to make up for lost time, was supposed to cook a nice meal Sunday but by the time we got the pool uncovered and mostly cleaned and the garden planted and some other items addressed in the back yard it was 8pm. And we were beat.
So tonight it is

Snuck home some home made prosciutto from the CEO's Cousin in Italy, diced up some for this dish

Shrooms, Brussel Sprouts, Shallots, Rendered Pork Fat for the oil, diced prosciutto Kosher and Fresh Ground, a dash of Champagne Vinegar and a slice of lemon just before the finish

A little concert for the cooking Pop by #4

On the OTG with some roasting corn on after about half an hour of cooking

Things starting to come together, another couple of days

Choice Ribeyes Koshered and Fresh Ground and at room temp

Indirect and then on for a sear

Your plate, corn with a little butter, parmigiano cheese and fresh ground

Felt like something dirty tonight

Walk through your garden this must be relax (when you not working of course) Very very nice.
And the food?
Yes! Perfect as always. A beautiful plate!

A variety of classical pieces along with some of her favorites, Beatles, and a series of pieces from Lord of the Rings and some other pieces that 10 years of piano lessons gave her. Now she is just playing pieces she finds and enjoys cause the gift she was given was the ability to read music and put it on a piano.
