So the CEO and I have been busting hump trying to make up for lost time, was supposed to cook a nice meal Sunday but by the time we got the pool uncovered and mostly cleaned and the garden planted and some other items addressed in the back yard it was 8pm. And we were beat.
So tonight it is
Snuck home some home made prosciutto from the CEO's Cousin in Italy, diced up some for this dish
Shrooms, Brussel Sprouts, Shallots, Rendered Pork Fat for the oil, diced prosciutto Kosher and Fresh Ground, a dash of Champagne Vinegar and a slice of lemon just before the finish
A little concert for the cooking Pop by #4
On the OTG with some roasting corn on after about half an hour of cooking
Things starting to come together, another couple of days
