Pammi and I were at the mall yesterday and she saw a sign she wanted to buy for the grill area/deck.

Don't necessarily agree with all them,but it is a very cool,and colorful,sign!
And my WSM has been feeling neglected,so I took a rack of BB's out of the freezer.

Seasoned with some rub I picked up at McClard's in Hot Springs,AR last year. Very tasty, with just a hint of heat at the end.

It was very windy out today and I was having a real deuce of a time getting the chimney lit,but it finally happened. Half a ring of K,lit MM,with 3 small chunks of hickory for flavor. 4 1/2 hours later at 225*,they got sauced with SBR's.

Very nice, just a little tug on 'em. As usual,no plated pics, but that rack didn't last that long anyway! :D

Phil, I'm North of you near Greensboro and I have to know where you got that sign. And that's an awesome looking rack of ribs, by the way.
